1)  The head of a bed should  be  in the mountain , if  a  bedroom  is near the mountain.


2) Do not place  the head of a bed close  the window together (Do not stick!!)
  because  you   don't  feel comfortable in the bedroom  if you  can't see  the window.


3) Lighting in the bedroom

    : Soft and ambient  lighting  is  better for  deep sleep.




I'd like to recommend  this bedroom  as  a  best  interior for health.
The  head of the bed is  heading for mountain  and also doesn't stick to 
the window.

Kitchen is  very important place for health because  this space has
a various energy like  cold, hot, fire,knife and so on.


1) Hide  a  knife  when  you aren't  using  it.

2) Open the window and  let some fresh air in  after  cooking.
