employee might look at another person through the window
instead of concentrating their attention on you.
But, if you can't suggest an alternative
-Choose the back of chair (High back)
- Pull the curtain on the window
[2] Avoid a seat near the door
and avoid the seat opposite to the door
If a seat of boss faces the door, a boss might feel anxiety
to lose confidence.
But, if you can't suggest an alternative
-Install electric lights as high as possible against the door
-Hang a painting on the wall against the door
